International Workshop on Intercloud, Cloud Federation, Cloud Interoperability and Cloud Portability – In conjunction with ISBCC ’17 on 9th March, 2017, VIT University, Chennai, India.

Currently, Cloud Computing is in active rapid development state in a highly competitive environment. A number of software companies are competing with each other to win the race. Recent trends indicate standardization of cloud platform and application development. However, software companies are interested to win the race rather than to adhere to any standard. As the cloud service users increase, cloud service providers may get saturated as they do not have infinite amount of resources. At some point of time, multiple cloud service providers need to join hands to satisfy the requirements of their customers. In such situation, Intercloud becomes a boon to the cloud provider.
